Cancellation Policy

Welcome to No Doc Import. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which orders may be cancelled on our platform.

1. 🛒 Order Cancellation by Customer

⏳ Cancellation Window

Customers may cancel their order:

• Within 12 hours of placing the order, OR
• Before the order is processed or dispatched, whichever is earlier

Cancellation requests made after this period may not be accepted.

2. 🚫 Cancellation Not Allowed

Orders cannot be cancelled in the following cases:

• Once the order has been dispatched or shipped
• If the product is out for delivery
• For special, custom, or bulk orders (especially for B2B clients)

3. ⚠️ Order Verification (Important for No Advance Payment Model)

Since we operate on a “No Advance Payment” basis:

• All orders may go through a verification process
• We may contact you via:
  • Phone call
  • WhatsApp
  • Email

If the order is not confirmed, we reserve the right to cancel it automatically

4. 🏢 B2B Customer Cancellation Rules

For B2B (wholesale) users:

• Cancellation requests must be made before order processing
• Bulk or high-value orders may:
  • Require manual approval
  • Not be eligible for cancellation once confirmed

Repeated cancellations may result in:

• Account suspension
• Removal of wholesale access

5. 🔄 Cancellation by No Doc Import

We reserve the right to cancel any order under the following conditions:

• Suspected fraudulent or fake orders
• Incorrect or incomplete customer details
• Product unavailability
• Pricing or technical errors
• Failure to respond to verification calls/messages

In such cases, customers will be notified.

6. 💰 Refunds in Case of Cancellation

Since we follow a No Advance Payment model:

• No refund is applicable for unpaid orders

If payment has been made (in rare or special cases):

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

7. 📦 Linked Policies

• Once an order is shipped, Return & Refund Policy will apply instead of cancellation
• Customers are advised to review all policies before placing an order

8. 🚫 Misuse & Abuse Policy

To maintain fair usage:

• Repeated cancellations
• Fake or test orders
• Intentional order placement without acceptance

May lead to:

• Account suspension
• Blocking future orders
• Permanent ban (for severe misuse)

9. 🔐 Right to Modify Policy

No Doc Import reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
